Quick and easy, they showed up as a surprise and put it in his driveway on his birthday. Demonstrated all the cool features. I knew what to order since I own one myself. Evolution makes a great golf cart - lots of add-ons are standard - backup camera, speakers, etc. I appreciate that it goes 25 MPH. "Called Sam to inquire about the Maverick 4 Plus. He said they have one in the color we wanted in Little Elm but have a model in the Roanoke location we could see. Went in and test drove the cart and loved it. Made the deal on the one from Little Elm and was told would should receive it the next day. Received a text from Sam that afternoon to let us know that they were going to be able to deliver the cart that day. Sam was great to work with and we had a great experience."
